Sell Jewelry to help ride the Tide of Crises
Sometimes no matter how much you become disciplined when it comes to your spending, you find yourself out of money and still with obligations to pay. During times like this, I turn to my old jewelry collection. I have a few pieces that I have collected over the past years and I am still building it up because I see it as an investment. I sell jewelry when I need the money quickly.
I have shared this idea to my friends who find themselves in the same situation that sometimes I am in. They have not really considered the idea of buying jewelry as an investment because for them it is an expensive accessory that they can do without. But when they saw the convenience of getting the much-needed money quickly when I sell old jewelry, they had a change of heart. They finally saw how practical it was to own jewelry. Now, most of my friends purchase jewelry whenever they have the extra money. We schedule jewelry shopping dates so that we can help each other choose which item to buy because we still use it before we sell it.
