Australia Fitness Directory Is Very Helpful

Wednesday, March 31st, 2010

The personal fitness trainers Australia directory that I was able to find online, had the name of the best in the business for personal trainers. I have been using the same guy for about two years and he just keeps having me do the same stuff. I am thinking of cutting him back to just one day a week, instead of the normal three and looking into one of the people on the personal trainer directory list to find someone who can mix it up a bit for me.

I read in an article in my body building magazine that it is very wise to work out on your own, use a trainer and then switch trainers every year or so. If I had read that a year ago, maybe I would still not be doing the same exact exercises as two years ago every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. This is why I am so glad to have found a personal fitness trainers Australia directory that has the name of some people right in my area that I can call.

My current trainer is not on the personal trainer directory, so I am not sure how to take that. He might be just too busy with clients to put his name into somewhere that people might call him, or he just might not be as good as them.

Choosing Which Scottsdale Sports League To Join

Tuesday, March 23rd, 2010

I signed up to play on one of the Scottsdale sports league teams, but I could not decide on what I wanted to play. I thought that it might be fun to be on the Scottsdale dodgeball league but my friend told me that she played on it one time and even though he had tons of fun, she got hit a few times, way too hard. I am now considering something that might not call for contact. In fact, I am thinking of doing basketball.

When I was in high school, I remember being pretty good when I was on the varsity squad of the basketball team. The only time that I remember playing dodgeball, was in elementary. I am quite sure that I have ruled out the Scottsdale dodgeball league and am moving in a different direction.

I have to choose by the end of the week what it is that I want to join, because all registrations will be closing. If you do not pick which of the Scottsdale sports league teams you want to join, I am afraid that they will just put me on the least selected sport and that could mean something like dodgeball or football.

Purell Dispensers Cost A Little Bit More

Monday, March 22nd, 2010

I paid less money for my soap dispensers, than for my purell dispensers. I think that since the whole swine flu epidemic has calmed down a little bit, they should lower the prices. The dispensers are exactly the same and now that I needed them both, they are priced differently.

It was the health department lady who suggested that I get purell and soap dispensers installed in my kitchen and the restrooms of my restaurant. She told me that the bars of soap that I had laid out were just not up to code. I did not want her to shut me down or give me a bad report, so I agreed to do it. She came back about two weeks later and I had bought the dispensers and they were put up in the places she had suggested.

I told a few of my friends about the health department requirements and they told me that they would have just bought those little pump things and put those out instead of spending all the extra money that I did. I told them that those dispensers will be around for a long time, I think that it was a smart investment.

Selling Old Silver Coins From A Class Project

Monday, March 1st, 2010

I never thought that when I was just ten years old and my teacher asked each of us students to start a collection for thirty days that it would lead to me selling old silver coins for thousands of dollars years later. For most of my classmates, I think that they did the normal rock collection, leaf collection and bug collection but I wanted to be different. I went to a store where they sell coins and asked the guy if I could clean his shop in exchange for a few coins.

I remember working every day after school with the guy who did sell coins and he gave me a tray of old coins at the end of those thirty days. I am sure that they were not worth anything back then, but over the years they have gained in value and now I stand to make a lot of money.

When my mother found out that my collection was worth more than she ever thought it could be, she told me how proud she was that I had held onto it for all this time. Selling old silver coins from a fifth grade classroom project is just priceless. I am so glad that I did not collect rocks.
