Newlywed Insurance

Monday, June 28th, 2010

My husband wanted to make sure that we were insured as we go start our marriage. He was right, we needed to make sure that we were insured before it was too late. Hospital bills can get higher and higher than you think. So we were in search for the right insurance company. Unfortunately, all of them required medical exams, which we agreed to take, but as we got there, long lines were seen everywhere. We knew that it was going to take so long for us to have insurance.

We thought it was hopeless until I saw this company online where they were promoting fast and easy insurance application. They have this, what they call, a life insurance quote where all you have to do is fill out just a couple of questions and in no time, you will have your insurance! They were saying that they had no medical term life insurance for they understood all the trouble that we could come across. I was so happy to have discovered this website. It was a smart and easy way for people to be insured.

Thanks to this company, my baby (I’m 7 months pregnant now), my husband and I are all insured! We do not need to worry anymore.

Scared of Bugs

Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010

I have always been scared of bugs. When I was small, I used to play in my grandma’s garden, when one big creature dropped on my head and came crawling on my face. Yuck! I can’t think of that time without getting grossed out. My cousins laughed at me about it, but for me I was terribly scared! Even now, as an adult, when I see these insects around, I just have the instinct to kill them or just run away from them! I can’t stand them! They’re just… scary! So when I moved to my own house, I just have to get my new environment cleaned up thoroughly. I called up a pest control company to help me out and clear up my home.

When they came, I was in relief. They’ve got all these spraying apparatus carried and cleaned every corner and every room of my house.

I’m glad they came to tidy up my house from all these insect threats. My husband still chides me about it, but every little thing matters, especially when it comes to destroying pests. I don’t want my children to live in that trauma; so now I want to give them the most pest-free environment as possible. I’ve even got outdoor bug control Tampa to take care of the outdoor pests too!

Dont Go Too Far Just To Repair Your Car

Monday, June 21st, 2010

My aunt brought her car about 7 years ago from a car dealer. She drives that vehicle everyday to get to work. But from the sound of the engine it makes, seems like it needs some maintenance. And recently she had traffic accident and has a big dent on the right passenger side door making it difficult to open.

Since she doesn’t know about cars that much she needs an auto body shop in Tampa Bay for the maintenance and an auto body repair for that big dimple on the door. My uncle, feeling obliged, helped her out with her car problems and went to this auto shop. They had her car checked by the mechanic and was advised to leave the vehicle for a week for its repair.

After seven long days they went back to the auto shop to get back on the car. My aunt was pleased with the results. No more squeaking sound from the engine and that dent is gone and she can open the door again. And this time she can visit the auto shop nearby for the motor vehicle’s maintenance.

What matters Most

Living life is hard, and it is harder when you’re out of money. I tried other solutions aside from my job, to get more money for my family’s needs. Then the idea of selling jewelry  seemed much more practical. I’ve heard from a friend that there is this website that buys jewelries for a good price. I asked my wife if she wants to sell scrap jewelry that she doesn’t use. She rummaged through her stores and gave me some trinkets.

After the transaction, we finally received the payment for those trinkets. It was a good price and just what we needed to support our needs. It seems like I was right on my choice about selling those scrap jewelries. My wife said it is nice to have a few savings that we can use in time of need. Now I can breathe easier, with one problem fixed I could focus my attention on work and family without the additional stress. Sometimes the best solutions in life are the simplest ones. All we need to do is give it a chance and it will eventually work out for the better.

Radio Friendly Waves

Tuesday, June 15th, 2010

In a place where no television can be found, no telephone, no internet, they rely for outside communication, news, and entertainment through transistor radio. As a child, growing up in a small village with only the radio to entertain ourselves, we get used to this type of broadcasting. In a distance, I can see a large tower, according to my grandfather, was where the voices I heard in our radio come from.

I still can’t believe that those songs, news, and advertisements are coming from the tower. I asked him again, how come I cannot see anyone up there? That is because we cannot see wavelengths. That was the answer I got. The word lingers around my head until the day I finally met the word. It turned out to be an invisible force that’s transmitted from source to destination.

I finally learned about waveguide transitions as an element to which this invisible force utilized to broadcast signals. I was hooked to the idea of waveguides, wavelengths, transmitters and receivers. In the course of my education, I studied every aspect of electromagnetic waves up to double ridge waveguide along with the physical components of that propagates signals to the community until today.

Big Trucks

Monday, June 14th, 2010

My brother has been a crane operator of an all-terrain crane Richmond VA based company. In fact, he is able to handle other types of trucks used in the construction. My mom was always scared that he gets into an accident with those trucks someday, because driving big things are a lot dangerous especially in a construction site. Since it’s his job to move heavy loads from one place to another within a site, of course we had the fear of him getting in great peril with this job. I’ve always suggested him to try another, but he simply can’t leave his job. Since it was his dream to be an engineer—which really upsets him badly because we don’t have money for school, he’s satisfied to work within the construction instead.

Once he has been called because someone contacted a rent crane Raleigh NC, and he was sent there. He is happy to comply and it doesn’t matter where he’s going, as long as he is going to be a part of the construction. He enjoys operating these cranes and believes he is a lot of help to the team because he can move out heavy concrete or other materials in just one operation. Well he’s not an engineer, but he’s a part of building people’s houses and tall buildings and that’s something he’s proud of!

Growing Leaps and Bounds

Thursday, June 10th, 2010

The small business that I have has grown over the past year thanks to very efficient team that I have.  We are looking into moving in a bigger office before the year ends.  Together with the move, we are planning on a new network setup that will make things easier for everyone.  We are looking at possible solutions and the IBM SAN is one of them.

IBM Storage is a really great solution for offices.  However, buying a brand new one can be very expensive as we were shown the pricelist for their brand new equipment.   We could not very well afford them so we are planning in doing an alternative solution for our requirement.  But the technical guy in the office gave the idea of using used and refurbished equipment for our solution.  We would still be able to get the brand that we want at a way lesser cost than buying a brand new one.

He was tasked to look for a supplier and he referred this site that he is a frequent customer of.  They do have used IBM equipment for sale but are refurbished to be in good working condition.  We purchased only a few to test them out and we got great results for it. We highly recommend them.

Easier Medical Access

Wednesday, June 9th, 2010

A few of my friends are talking about this so called Vendor Neutral Archive which has been the talk within the medical world. From what I’ve heard they offer complete medical assistance to those that needs them. I then asked around and was rewarded with the knowledge about this certain method. It basically stores your medical information (in these case medical images taken from you) and places it in a Medical Archive that can be accessed through the internet. They also have online support if you will ever need it.

I tried it myself because I’m seriously unaware of my current health condition. My health images were taken and uploaded to their server. Another neat feature would be the cost, it doesn’t cost as much as you think it does. This is very helpful especially when you change doctors. When you change your health adviser, they will ask for your medical records. Not only will they get the latest and most updated information regarding your health, it is also easier to access through the internet. You don’t need to find those hard to find X-rays that you had taken years ago. Give them your latest files for better medical solutions that only they can provide.

School Requirement

Tuesday, June 8th, 2010

I am a 4th year college student and I am using our computer daily with lots of school related requirements. I do research every day, contact people like my fellow thesis mates and companies where I would want to apply and email my professors regarding certain projects. To do this I need a stable router. I hate my previous router! It was always down, and because of it, everything that I do is put on hold. Being a graduating student, I could not afford such happening. So I’ve decided to get a new router that would be more stable.

Being just a student, I asked my friend where he got his routers for his networking business. He told me that he got his for such a low cost at Used Cisco Networking. After telling me this, I checked out the site. He was right all the equipment are of high quality all coming from Used Cisco Hardware. Seeing this plus my friend’s positive feedback, I knew I had to purchase it immediately.

I am really glad I was able to get a perfectly running router from them. Right now, the router is my partner in attaining my goals to success.

One fun-clearing day

Monday, June 7th, 2010

Wooded views through a wall of trees convince the couple Kate and Allen to buy their two-storey Minnesota home. But soon, they realize the intensity of cleaning the entire house inside and out. “Sounds like a big job” remarks Kate. If only they can find a company that handles the pressure of internal and external house cleaning in a day since they will be transferring the day after.

As their real estate agent, I wanted to give them the best cleaning company I can find. My assistant e-mailed me the entire list of the cleaning company in Glencoe. But find it difficult since they require at least minimum of two days clearing the area. The couple would be transferring first thing in the morning. Almost all of them turned me down.  I was close to asking the couple to relocate maybe in another time until I got a cleaning agent.

My assistant called me up right on time to inform me about a company that did pressure washing for Alma, a fellow broker. I called them and asked for their service.

Within minutes, they started to looked around the house and began to hone their expertise. After a few hours, they released their equipments and started their craft. I was amazed by how fast these guys can move. Every single moved was precise and accurate. No wonder the outcome surpassed my standards. It was quick and neat.  My client was satisfied and asked for the hotline number for future use. Thanks guys!
